Jail time for SCOX execs?

Message ID: 12003 Posted By: walterbyrd Posted On: 2003-06-09 16:40:00 Subject: Jail time for SCOX execs? Recs: 0 This is obviously as scam. Even the longs know it. But if the scox execs can just walk away, then they have nothing to lose. scox is going to be out of business in two years anyway. some sco execs are already selling their shares. it really is a great scam. scox execs have worded their statements fairly carefully. so they may walk away. ------------------------------------------------------------ The text of this Yahoo Message Board post has been licensed for copying and distribution by the Yahoo Message Board user "walterbyrd" under the following license: License:  CC Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike v2.0 ------------------------------------------------------------

Why the press seems to favor SCOX?

Message ID: 11971 Posted By: walterbyrd Posted On: 2003-06-09 13:44:00 Subject: why the press seems to favor SCOX? Recs: 1 Simple, credible writers will not touch SCOX NDA with a ten foot pole. They see the NDA for the scam that it is. "They're agreeing to let you see the half of the picture that they want you to see", he added. Second, the NDA does not exclude information that the recipient obtained in ways other than from SCO. If SCO showed a patent or other public document to someone bound by the NDA, that person would not be allowed to discuss it even if he or she had been previ...

I will say this for SCOX

Message ID: 11456 Posted By: walterbyrd Posted On: 2003-06-06 11:18:00 Subject: I will say this for SCOX Recs: 0 They know how to run a scam. For some reason, I find scam's interesting. I always like con-man movies. And this is one great scam. The NDA was another very smart move by SCOX. What else can somebody veiwing the code say, except: "it appears to be the same." SCOX had bimbo didio eating of their hand. Hate SCOX all you want. But the truth is: SCOX has worked this entire scam brilliently.

There have also been reports of SCO making a filing that would allow offloading of SCO stock by two major shareholders (presumably Ralph Yarro and Ray Noorda): Insider ownership is 68.01% http://moneycentral.msn.com/in vestor/invsub/owners hip/ownership.asp?Sy mbol=SCOX Chairman Ralph Yarro and former director Ray Noorda share control of 46% of the company through The Canopy Group, a venture capital firm http://m...
