They could have released the 1995 BOD decision following Ty Mattingly's presentation on the Santa Cruz business sale this spring, and I, in turn, would of been able to concentrate on my insect and spider studies, instead of this human circus. Ty was considered untouchable in Utah because of his past playing BYU football hero. Figure scox will lose another $2M per quarter in ordinary business losses per quarter. That's a burn rate rate of about $1.3MM per month. About 7 months until bankruptcy. Acturally, that makes a lot of sense. Scox will not have to admit to their real cash crunch until mid-March. I think that is when scox will officially begin to pack it in. Close their business offices, that sort of thing. After March, the next CC will be June, but I don't scox will make it. I expect bankruptcy will be filed in May. Helluva run. In the absence of evidence, no amount of hype can make this lead balloon rise. SCO could have made this go away more than a year ago by simply provding PROOF POSITIVE of the violation. Instead, they have to fish for something (anything, in desperation) after they couldn't find their missing millions of lines of code, MIT scientists, or anything even remotely resembling a violation by IBM. It's the same as the "find the football" legal cases that they aren't sure what they are about. BTW: ledite - you are the single reason I will not quit.
