SCO Me was not mentioned in the latest financial filing. This means that they have stopped pushing it at every opportunity.
Maintenance renewals dropped 43% this quarter. They are an indication of [lack of] future OS sales.
Stock volume and pumping activity dropped dramaticly after the March 14 pump. They didn't mention the pumped price in their 10-Q.
SCOX came out with a couple weak offerings. It seems that SCAMP isn't targeted at customers. It sets an arbitrary price to use in legal proceedings. The other new feature is support for dual core processors. There is no indication that any customers care.
However, the scam must go on. Ralph has a lot to lose if SCOX stops operating. He still has millions that he got from Canopy. So even if the PIPE fairy pulls out, Ralph can and must keep things going.
What will their new plan be? Will the pumpers come back in force? Will we get a new media blitz? Will we get a management shuffle?
Management shuffles are hard, because the existing management has too much dirt on Ralph and the PIPE fairies. They can't commit suicide, the third such suicide would be way to suspicious. So the existing management can't be fired, they would have to be bought out. That would be amazingly expensive.
SCOX has done many media blitzes before. They've destroyed a few of their own media channels in the process. They don't have much to work with in terms of products or even unique FUD. Their next media blitz is likely to be pathetic.
I'm expecting some big irrational stock moves relatively soon. Several funds own SCOX with their own agendas. Some want profit and don't care if it will harm Ralph or the other funders. Thus they must be bought out. Those most likely to sue will need a way to unload at a profit.
Sucks to be Ralph, oh except for the tens of millions of dollars part. ... And the friends in high places. ... And the lifestyle. Maybe it doesn't suck to be Ralph.
