Besides, it's perfectly obvious that scox isn't going to trial to sue ibm. This entire thing is not crazy or stupid. If you look at it in terms of a stock scam, everything makes perfect sense. To me, the saddest part, is the abysmal ineptitude of the US justice system, and the US legal system. Sad, just pathetically sad.
