I don't care who's representing you.
Besides, it's perfectly obvious that scox isn't going to trial to sue ibm.
This entire thing is not crazy or stupid. If you look at it in terms of a stock scam, everything makes perfect sense.
To me, the saddest part, is the abysmal ineptitude of the US justice system, and the US legal system. Sad, just pathetically sad. Even a bunch of losers like canopy/scox can make a dishonest fortune, and laugh all the way to the bank. Laugh at the US justice system, and with good reason.
