That's not even worth discussing anymore.
The only things to discuss now are: what's there next move and can they get away with it?
Forget scox winning any lawsuits, that doesn't even matter very much.
Maybe the only thing that matters is fud money. As long as sunw-msft keep throwing gobs at money at scox, then scox will be profitable. I think that is all that the longs are counting on. So far, the longs seem to be right.
