Well, not gone, but less than it used to be, IMO.
Scox volume is way down. News is much less frequent. Somebody stuck a sock in Darl's mouth. O'Gara is good for a laugh, but nobody takes her seriously, so she doesn't really matter. Many less posts on this board. Much less price fluctuation. Scox isn't even that attractive to new shorts, since it's already shorted to the hilt, and the price is moving down so gradually.
I don't consdier all that to be neccesarily bad. Scox is a yawner. Nobody believes scox's claims. Nobody believes that scox has a future. Everybody knows it's another msft scam.
Now it's just the dreary process of watching the dalay after delay after delay, legal case. And watch the slow baystar dumping process: dump some, wash-trade the price back up, dump some more. Nickle and dime day traders, who think price may bump up long enough to sell a few shares, are baystar's salvation.
All JMHO.
