Still amazed by the resiience of the stock. I've seen a lot of small-caps completely crash on much less bad news - including heavily shorted small caps - with *far* better fundamentals. DYII was a small cap with great fundamentals, it went from $29 to $5, on a very minor suspected acconting discrepency. It happens all the time with small-caps.
Except scox. 10-K filed late, CEO and CFO of parent company fired and sued for fraud, *horrible* fundamentals, core business never profitable, CEO caught in dozens of outlandish lies, awaiting a PSJ, and novell hearing which could complete ruin hope for future prospects, under-the-table scam deals exposed, heavily shorted, tons of bad press, clearly heading towards bankruptcy within a year. And so on, and so on.
Yet, scox is over 30% in about two weeks.
If it's being manipulated then they're doing a helluva good job. If it's not being manipulated, then it's the weirdist thing I've every seen.
