About Credibilty?
The entire scoxe-scam is a shameful two year history of lie after lie, fraud after fraud, hoax after hoax. The following is from the first six months of the scoxe-scam.
- Scoxe lies about suing Linus
- Scoxe lies about suing RedHat
- Scoxe lies about auditing AIX users
- Scoxe flip-flops about being open to buyout
- Scoxe lies about canceling IBM UNIX licence
Scoxe price sky-rockets because, for weeks, everybody anticipates that Scoxe will cancel IBM's UNIX, thereby forcing IBM to settle with SCO. The day for Scoxe to get an immediate temporary injunction against IBM comes and goes. Scoxe does not even show up in court. But about 30 pop-media news articles come out proclaiming that Scoxe has canceled IBM's UNIX license.
- Scoxe lies about owning C++

< quote author="Darl McBride" when=2002>
"We get several dozen requests a month just to come in and see AIX or HP-UX code base. And C++ programming languages, we own those, have licensed them out multiple times, obviously. We have a lot of royalties coming to us from C++. It was interesting to see the depth of Caldera's intellectual capital."
- Scoxe slammed in Germany
Germany told scoxe to put up, or shut up. Scoxe shut up, and fast.
- Scoxe Execs need Indemnification all of the sudden
"The Bylaws also provide that the Company will indemnify officers and directors against losses that they may incur in investigations and legal proceedings resulting from their services to the Company,"

- Vultus Scam
Scoxe shell game:

- SCO execs dump stock
http://www.zdnet.com.au/newstech/enterprise/story/0,2000048640,20276629,00.htm
- Scoxe lies about copyrights and backup
- Scoxe lies about GPL being unconstitutional
- Scoxe none-sense about insiders dumping for tax purposes
- Scoxe flip-flops about suing Linux companies
- Scoxe flip-flops about selling Linux licenses
- Funny thing Scoxe wont sell Linux licenses
- Scoxe DDOS another fraud?
- Showing the code hoax
Scoxe price sky-rockets because Scoxe claims that they have evidence of infringing code, which they will share at SCOForum. Again anticipation builds for weeks, finally the code is shown - much to the amusement of the open-source community. The entire thing was a proven to be another Scoxe hoax. Scoxe share price rockets up 50% in the next three
sessions.
