All the newSCOldera shills are back

Message ID: 227443 Posted By: korbomite Posted On: 2005-01-23 22:11:00 Subject: ALL the newSCOldera shills are back Recs: 2 We gotta teach them the same lessons we taught them last year and the year before all over again, gang. Too bad they are too stupid to learn. This is and always has been a criminal stock scam, perpetrated on the markets and shareholders by Caldera, before it went public. The newSCOldera scam is just the same stock scam in different clothing, with the same Insider criminals behind it and with the addition of Bill Gates, and other Microsoft Insiders and the Microsoft and Sun Corporations and other corporations and individuals as criminal co-conspirators. This is a stock scam. Investors beware. Be advised that there are open and unsettled and many more pending shareholder class action lawsuits in the New York State Supreme Court and in other criminal and civil courts and open criminal investigations with the DoJ and SEC into the actions of the o...

Criminal charges before it's done?

Message ID: 227034 Posted By: walterbyrd Posted On: 2005-01-22 16:48:00 Subject: criminal charges before it's done? Recs: 12 I personally don't think so. Lanham is civil, I think, so scox will easily slip that noose. The is fraud through and through. Easy to prove also with all of darl's lies. But, I fully the courts would perfer to drop the case. CEO's get special treatment. Although I think it's extremely unlikely, IBM might be able to sue msft. Msft blantantly violated it's agreement with DOJ in order to orchestrate a scam lawsuit, and obvious attempts at fraud and extortion. ------------------------------------------------------------ The text of this Yahoo Message Board post has been licensed for copying and distribution by the Yahoo Message Board user "walterbyrd" under the following license: License:  CC Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike v2.0 ------------------------------------------------------------

Beware - Stock scam

Message ID: 226427 Posted By: edgarmoon Posted On: 2005-01-21 09:02:00 Subject: BEWARE - STOCK SCAM Recs: 0 Since yesterday's close, there has been another flood of news and trolls trying to ressurect the bump from yesterday morning. So, here is a sincere warning to any new and gullible traders trying to jump on this current bump bandwagon. The news is incensequential to the SCO/IBM lawsuit, it is part of an ongoing stall/delay tactic by SCO to drag on this case as they try to make more money from this stock scam. The reason the price bumped up was because hte institutions that are currently trapped in this stock scam can now breathe a sigh of relief. They can now continue a slowly paced exit from this stock scam at a lower loss than they would if this case did go to court. Once this case goes to court, SCO will lose their claims and the price will plummet, anyone holding the stock then will have lost their investment. SCO is hemoraging money and will be bankru...

Painting might be possible today still

Message ID: 226070 Posted By: edgarmoon Posted On: 2005-01-20 14:37:00 Subject: Painting might be possible today still Recs: 0 Since this bubble seems to have run its natural course. Barring a massive selloff for the longs that have been sweating this beast since the November pump, volume has drifted down below normal in the last few hours. Looks like the hype was short lived and isolated to a small handful of new stooges. I find this surprising as news like this used to pump out temporary surges that would last for weeks. This one has already dropping 15% its morning peak, and is hovering arnound the low 4's with little or no incremental volume. I think the painters will kick in at the end of the day and try to ramp it up over $4.50, maybe try to get close to $5. I think it will stall around the $4.50 mark as the longs, losing patience with this stock scam, are going tokick in new sales triggers ranging form $4.50 and incrementally up to $5. Mind you, one of thos...

Consider Biff corrected

Message ID: 222018 Posted By: saltydogmn Posted On: 2005-01-11 15:42:00 Subject: Consider Biff corrected Recs: 1 http://scofacts.org/ http://sco.tuxrocks.com/ http://yah.warmcat.com/ http://www.groklaw.net/ and all related links on each site... It's all there. Have someone read it to you some day. I'd go into more detail, but it's already there; every detail of how this stock scam and fraud started; how it is only the most recent blatant attack on Open Source Software by the dying monopoly Microsoft, which admitted funding this cast of degenerate freeloaders - it is all exposed for the world to see, and it's been posted countless times before. In fact, the only thing posted here more often, are the countless questions left unanswered by biff. Come back when you're finished reading; there WILL be a test, which biff, et al, will fail miserably, but there you go. ------------------------------------------------------------ The text of this Yahoo Mes...

Interest is gone from this company

Message ID: 221974 Posted By: walterbyrd Posted On: 2005-01-11 13:51:00 Subject: interest is gone from this company Recs: 1 Well, not gone, but less than it used to be, IMO. Scox volume is way down. News is much less frequent. Somebody stuck a sock in Darl's mouth. O'Gara is good for a laugh, but nobody takes her seriously, so she doesn't really matter. Many less posts on this board. Much less price fluctuation. Scox isn't even that attractive to new shorts, since it's already shorted to the hilt, and the price is moving down so gradually. I don't consdier all that to be neccesarily bad. Scox is a yawner. Nobody believes scox's claims. Nobody believes that scox has a future. Everybody knows it's another msft scam. Now it's just the dreary process of watching the dalay after delay after delay, legal case. And watch the slow baystar dumping process: dump some, wash-trade the price back up, dump some more. Nickle and dime day traders,...

Least we forget

Message ID: 221372 Posted By: walterbyrd Posted On: 2005-01-09 19:41:00 Subject: Least we forget Recs: 15 While googling around, I came across some old scox stuff. It really is amazing to review some of that stuff from todays prospective. Dozens and dozens of outragous outright lies. There could not possibly be a more obvious blantant fraud. Yet to this day, many defend scox. Many who are considered respect4ed industry analysts. The USA legal system seem completely comfortable allowing scox to drag out the scam. A few clowns on this board still vigorously defend scox's virture. BSF has wisely stuck a sock in Darl's big yap. Over the last several months, all we've had is a series of delays, delays, and more delays. We have almost forgotton all that scox has publically claimed. It's kind of interesting to go back and take a look at it. http://healconsulting.com/SCO/sco-letter.html ------------------------------------------------------------ The text o...

Irrevocably under $4?

Message ID: 220767 Posted By: phandsvrta Posted On: 2005-01-07 06:30:00 Subject: Irrevocably under $4? Recs: 4 Given that the closing paint failed yesterday, and all the really negative publicity around the court cases, and the fact that Darl has been nominated as worst manager of the year, I'm beginning to hope that the $4 barrier may be a pemanent one. However, given SCOX's ability to lie and obfuscate, and the obvious manipulation on thin volumes, I'm not that optimistic - lots can still happen, and if SCOX have been successful at anything, it's been the long term stock-scam. ------------------------------------------------------------ The text of this Yahoo Message Board post has been licensed for copying and distribution by the Yahoo Message Board user "phandsvrta" under the following license: License:  CC Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike v2.0 ------------------------------------------------------------

Today was paint and more manipulation

We've seen it before... Have you seen one example of winning evicdence on the part of SCOX? ONE example of 10 lines of code copied "literally"? I thought not... BIFF, classic sociopath troll

Message ID: 219990 Posted By: leclite Posted On: 2005-01-04 16:51:00 Subject: BIFF != classic sociopath troll Recs: 12 QNC is a sociopathic troll.. BIFF is something different, imo. Trolls do not have anything invested in the topic at hand. They just think it's clever to say outrageously stupid things and get people to respond. BIFF's a TTLA oldtimer with a bone to pick with IBM; he is clearly emotionally invested, but obviously isn't particularly happy with SCO's treatment of SysV. If he were a REAL oldSCO/TTLA programmer, he would be much more vocal about it. But he has zero technical knowledge - none, zip, zero. So he wont openly say anything bad about SCO, slimeball Darl, small time hood Young, scammer Yarro, etc. He also doesn't do very well with IP issues; he is clearly new to the topic, and only recently started learning how IP law (particularly US IP law) works. He clearly is more interested in appearance than substance, so i'd s...

The Internet's worst investment scam

Message ID: 219561 Posted By: korbomite Posted On: 2005-01-03 13:05:00 Subject: The Internet's WORST Investment Scam Recs: 3 ...hands down, no contest, it is SCOX, this stock scam and Internet and Stock Fraud. This is a stock scam and massive fraud, continued, in an organized manner. It has been since before the CALD IPO that started it. This is just the latest implementation of the scam by the same criminals who have been behind it all along. The only difference is that bigger criminals, with more money, from Redmond, WA, USA, have helped to bankroll this phase, knowing full well that it is just a stock scam and a criminal fraud. When will law enforcement and the SEC wise up and begin to stop these criminals in Lindon and Redmond? k ------------------------------------------------------------ The text of this Yahoo Message Board post has been licensed for copying and distribution by the Yahoo Message Board user "korbomite" under the fo...

annielinux has no credibility

Message ID: 219295 Posted By: saltydogmn Posted On: 2005-01-01 17:26:00 Subject: annielinux has no credibility Recs: 7 I'll try to dissect your comeback post as succinctly as I can, point by point; "...sent a letter to the SEC without doing any due diligence..." My "due diligence" was looking at the top pro-SCO posters - you were one of them. As I said before, no one with a functioning cortex could possibly be pro-SCO, without being a part of the scam, or an enemy of F/OSS, or maybe just plain stupid. Take your pick. "...as I said last year, I am a harmless troll..." I guess I missed that posting. Let me know if ledite, qnc, biff, or the other like-minded village idiots have made the same admission somewhere, because I haven't seen theirs, either. "I was simply here to make you people think, picking different sides to argue a point..." Argue WHAT point?!? That there are as yet undiscovered tribes, deep in th...
