So, here is a sincere warning to any new and gullible traders trying to jump on this current bump bandwagon. The news is incensequential to the SCO/IBM lawsuit, it is part of an ongoing stall/delay tactic by SCO to drag on this case as they try to make more money from this stock scam. The reason the price bumped up was because hte institutions that are currently trapped in this stock scam can now breathe a sigh of relief. Barring a massive selloff for the longs that have been sweating this beast since the November pump, volume has drifted down below normal in the last few hours. This one has already dropping 15% its morning peak, and is hovering arnound the low 4's with little or no incremental volume.
